Antoine Dillon was wearing a GPS-enabled ankle monitoring bracelet while he committed the alleged acts of violence, according to court documents first obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Dillon was certified as an adult in St. Louis County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree robbery, first-degree sodomy and four counts of armed criminal action.
Dillon allegedly entered the woman’s St. Louis County home and held her at gunpoint as she was entering at 11 p.m. in late September, according to the charges. He then abducted her, forcing her to drive her vehicle to a second location where he then raped her at gunpoint.
The woman, who is in her 30s, and Dillon had no known connection to one another. After Dillon allegedly raped her, he forced her to withdraw $500 from her bank and ordered her to give it to him.
He then forced her to drive to another location, where he sexually assaulted her at gunpoint a second time.
The ankle monitoring bracelet Dillon was wearing gave him away, backing up the woman’s allegations and resulting in Dillon’s arrest on Monday. DNA results also provided enough probable cause for police to arrest Dillon based on the woman’s claims. It is not currently known why Dillon was wearing the ankle monitor.
Officer Michael Ronzio confirmed in a probable-case statement that the GPS put Dillon in the places named by the victim on September 29. What’s more, Dillon had an item he allegedly stole from the woman in his possession when police arrested him.
“The victim’s allegations are corroborated by the fact that the defendant was wearing a monitoring bracelet which puts defendant at the locations described by the victim,” officer Michael Ronzio said in a probable-cause statement.
The teen told the officers who interviewed him following his arrest that he had consensual sex with his accuser. St. Louis County Police said in a statement that the attack appeared to be random.

Court documents did not list an attorney for Dillon. His bail was set at a cash-only $200,000.
Dillon awaits his bond hearing, scheduled for May 26, at St. Louis County Justice Center.
