For example, you can write something like “trouble logging into account” to start the chat. If you want to start the chat over, click the Refresh button in the top right corner. If you aren’t able to solve your problem in the webchat, type “request a phone call” in the text box to speak to a representative. They’ll call you as soon as they’re available so you don’t have to wait on hold.
