Teamfight Tactics 9.14 Patch Notes
Systems
Attack Speed Changes
We’ve changed all champions’ attack speed ratios so that attack speed bonuses are now calculated based on a percent of the champion’s base attack speed. In short, champions with lower base attack speeds will receive less benefit from attack speed items. Certain champions and attack speed granting items have been adjusted in this patch to compensate.
Champion Attack Speed Ratios: 1.0 > champion base attack speed
PvE Rounds
In the event that you do not get an item during a PvE round, one of the minions, monsters, or epic monsters will now drop gold instead.
Dragon and Elder Dragon no longer benefit from the Dragon Trait bonuses. All sorcery comps rejoice.

Teamfight Tactics 9.14 Patch Notes Summary
It looks like Wild and Knight got major buffs while Gunslinger and Tier 4 champions saw their value diminish. Draven received a minor nerf to his attack speed but Imperial with Darius will still be a viable option. There’s a ton of changes in this patch that are going to drastically impact the meta. With Warmog’s receiving double the healing and Locket getting a massive shield increase, expect to see a lot more tanks on the battlefield.
These changes will make Shyvana, Elise and Gnar three of the best champions in the whole game. Combine them with the attack speed from Wild or the healing from Noble and you’ll be able to dominate.
Pyke, who is probably the best champion to pull in the first carousel, received light nerfs so he should continue to be the best Assassin you can grab. Pair him with Phantom Dancer and Luden’s Echo and the damage you output is going to be disgusting.
