Tornadus will arrive in Pokémon Go starting Saturday, March 6, at 8 a.m. local time. Trainers will only be able to battle and catch this Legendary Pokémon until Thursday, March 11, at 8 a.m. local time, when it will be replaced by a different Legendary.

While Tornadus has been catchable in Pokémon Go before, its Shiny form will be making its debut. This will be the best chance to find and catch one, so be sure to gather your friends and take on as many as possible.

Until Tornadus arrives, Pokémon Go trainers will simply have to deal with Landorus, but if you’re still looking to add one to your collection, you can follow our counters guide to take it on.

POKEMON GO TORNADUS RAID COUNTERS

In Pokémon Go, there are plenty of options to take down Tornadus as fast as possible, especially when it comes to Electric and Rock-type Pokémon. If you’re inclined to take a Mega Pokémon into battle to boost your team, you have another couple of choices as well.

Niantic confirmed that Mega Raids won’t change until March 16, but the Ice-type Pokémon that are currently available can help trainers take on Tornadus.
