The bosses of Raids have all changed in Pokémon Go, but a certain Mythical Pokémon has returned. Deoxys, the mysterious Pokémon from the Hoenn region, will be catchable through Raid Battles. However, it won’t just be Deoxys in his regular form. All four forms of the Pokémon will appear in Raid Battles.

POKEMON GO DEOXYS RAID COUNTERS

All forms of Deoxys are pure Psychic-type, making them weak to Ghost, Bug and Dark-type attacks. They also resist Psychic and Fighting-type attacks so don’t think of bringing too many Pokémon with those types of moves.

There are plenty of good Ghost and Dark-type Pokémon in Pokémon Go already so you shouldn’t have trouble compiling a team of six to take on this Mythical.

With the arrival of the Deoxys Forms in Raid Battles, the other levels of Raids have changed as well. The Pokémon occupying these raids are mostly of the type that can help trainers take down Deoxys.
