Niantic announced in late October that the Special Research Breakthrough for the month of November will be the Flying and Fairy-type Pokémon Togetic, the evolved form of Togepi.
Togetic is a powerful Pokémon in the popular mobile game, and its evolution Togekiss is one of the best Fairy-type tanks in the game. Pokémon Go trainers will not only have a chance to catch a powerful Togetic in November—new field research tasks have appeared that focus on the Fairy-type.

WHICH POKEMON TO FOCUS ON
Fairy-type Pokémon are some of the most powerful types in all of Pokémon. Being the best option against Dragon-type Pokémon, Fairy types can turn the tide in battle against a variety of teams.
In November, there are some great options to try and farm for a high CP or high IV Fairy-type.
Aside from the aforementioned Togetic, which is rewarded for filling up seven stamps on your Field Research card, trainers will want to try and catch as many Swablu and Clefairy as possible.
Clefairy’s evolution Clefable is a Pokémon with high defense and is a great pivot for PVP teams.
Swablu, on the other hand, evolves into the Dragon and Flying-type Altaria, but this Pokémon will eventually get a Mega Evolution, Mega Altaria, that changes its Flying typing into Fairy, making it the only Dragon and Fairy-type Pokémon.
