Version 1.15 on PS4 and Xbox One includes a fix to a rare issue that allowed certain characters to move through each other after performing certain attacks on a Getup Forward Roll.
However, the biggest part of this latest update are the character adjustments and balance tweaks. There are a few characters who get some updates, but the featured fighter is Joker. The DC Comics villain gets a hefty 10 adjustments in this latest patch.
Here are the patch notes for Mortal Kombat 11 version 1.15 on PS4 and Xbox One. It should be noted an update for PC and Nintendo Switch will come at a later date.

Fixed a rare issue that could occur after a Getup Forward Roll has been interrupted that could cause characters to move through each other when performing certain attacks (e. g. Jade’s Blazing Nitro Kick)
