In what NetherRealm is calling Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, this latest version of the 2019 fighting game will come with the base game, both Kombat Pack 1 and 2 as well as the Aftermath story expansion.
This version of Mortal Kombat 11 will release November 17. Kombat Pack 2 featuring Rambo, Mileena and Rain will be sold separately.

NetherRealm Studios also announced free next-gen upgrades for Mortal Kombat 11. Starting November 17, players who purchase MK11 will be able to get a PS5 or Xbox Series X version.
The upgrade will bring visual enhancements, 4K Dynamic Resolution, significantly reduced load time, cross-play and cross-gen.
Kombat Pack 1 gave players seven new DLC characters in Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, Terminator T-800, Sindel, The Joker and Spawn.
The second DLC in Mortal Kombat 11 was the Aftermath expansion back in May, which brought more story and three new fighters in Fujin, Robocop and Sheeva.
Rambo’s inclusion marks the fifth guest character to join Mortal Kombat 11’s roster. The aforementioned Terminator T-800, Joker, Spawn and Robocop were the first four.
When Terminator was released, the model was based on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s portrayal of the character, but had a different voice actor. This time around, NetherRealm Studios creative director Ed Boon confirms that Sylvester Stallone is reprising the character for the game.
Mortal Kombat 11 is available now for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Google Stadia.
